While a Wyoming spring might still be snowy and chilly, but we can at least see the flowers blooming and frost melting away just around the corner.

Here are Little America Hotel & Resort, we are gearing up for spring in so many ways! Take a look at the upcoming events and important days to keep an eye out for this spring:

307 Day (March 7):

Everyone has at least a little pride in their home state, but Wyomingites love the Equality State a little more than everyone else does. That’s why 307 Day, March 7, is known as “Wyoming Pride Day,” where everyone (individuals, organizations, and businesses) celebrate the great square state that is Wyoming.

Since Little America is in the capital city, it would only make sense for us to have our own 307 Day celebration! On March 7, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., we will offer a draft beer special of Black Tooth Brewing Company’s 307 Lager for $3.07 in Hathaway’s Lounge. We are so excited to showcase our love of Wyoming with a crispy, refreshing beer made by a fantastic Wyoming brewery.

Fun fact: according to the Buckrail, in 1947, 307 was one of the original 86 area codes established by the Bell Telephone Company, and has remained the only area code in Wyoming.

St. Patrick’s Day (March 17):

Erin go bragh!

We are going green for St. Patrick’s Day this year. Our executive chef has created a traditional (and delicious) Irish platter special, featuring corned beef, cabbage, and steamed potatoes, all for $24.99. Join us in Hathaway’s Restaurant any time through lunch or dinner to properly celebrate the patron saint of Ireland.

Stop in to Hathaway’s Lounge that evening anytime between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. to delight in green beer and some of the drink specials our clever and creative bartenders have crafted for the night. But always remember to please drink responsibly!

Golf Course Reopening (April 1, tentatively)

We cannot wait to get back on the Little America golf course this spring! Take in the beautiful scenery that stretches across 80 acres of hotel property while also working on your long drive.

Our immaculately-groomed nine-hole golf course is a perfect choice whether you’re looking for a quick game or a longer afternoon on the green. If you’re needing a little help perfecting your golf game, our golf pro Jordan Remley is available to teach you everything you need to make your friends jealous of your swing. Book a private lesson with Jordan here

In addition, our clubhouse has everything you need for a perfect game, from equipment to clothing to food and drinks. Golf carts and clubs are available to rent, so all you need to play a game with us is to show up.

As the warmer weather continues, other games can be played in the golf course area, including horseshoes, cornhole, and volleyball.

Easter (April 9)

Looking for a stress-free way to celebrate Easter? Join us for Cheyenne’s iconic Easter brunch buffet!

Our menus will feature carving stations (with carvers cutting off hefty slices of ham and prime rib), plenty of delicious dishes, and the most important part: a massive dessert station. Guests will have the option of dining in our glorious Grand Ballroom or a more intimate setting inside of Hathaway’s Restaurant.

Local jazz group Jazztet will perform during brunch in the Grand Ballroom. Our special guest, the Easter Bunny, will also be in attendance, and we will be offering complimentary photos for any families who want to get their picture with the big bunny himself.
