Large Party Policy
For Parties of 15 or More
- Advance Booking: Large parties of 15 or more are required to make reservations for Hathaway’s Restaurant at least 12 hours in advance of have approval from a manager. We will not accept large parties in Hathaway’s Restaurant after 7 PM.
- Pre-Set Menus: Parties larger than 15 will be asked to select from a limited menu to ensure timely service. Customizable options are available upon request.
- Special Dietary Needs: Please inform us of any special dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
- Table arrangement: We will do our best to accommodate seating preferences, but specific table arrangements are subject to availability.
- Arrival Time: Guests are requested to arrive on time. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed before the reservation may be released.
- Gratuity: A mandatory gratuity of 20% will be added to the final bill for large parties.
- Single Payment: Large parties are requested to make a single payment for the entire bill. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
- Split Checks: If split checks are required, please inform us in advance. Note that a service fee of $5 per check may apply.
- Decorations: Decorations are allowed but must be approved by management. No confetti or glitter is permitted.
- Special Requests: Please inform us of any special requests, such as AV equipment, birthday cakes or other celebratory items, at the time of booking.
