Starting at Little America Wyoming in 1952, Earl and Carol Holding shared their values of family dining. Focusing on western traditions and values, the Holdings worked side-by-side with their service and culinary team to perfect house-made recipes. They later carried their values to Little America Cheyenne’s Coffee Shop and Western Gold Dining Room. Families gathered on Sundays to enjoy a hot turkey dinner and traditions of homemade cooking carried on throughout the years.
Combining the family environment of the Coffee Shop with the fine dining atmosphere of the Western Gold Dining Room, Hathaway’s Restaurant was created. Today, you can still enjoy a homemade roll, turkey dinner and soft serve ice cream. Relive your memories and continue traditions at Little America Cheyenne.
